Hermosa Lodge provides comfortable and accessible accommodation for young adults with learning difficulties who are looking to live in an independent setting but with support when needed. Located in the seaside town of Teignmouth Hermosa Lodge is a small group of flats close to Eldra Court which is a care home for adults with learning disabilities and from where the support services will be organised. There is 24hrs cover at Eldra.
Each resident will hold their own tenancy agreement and support will be provided through Phoenix although other options will be considered.
